Exterior Features
The exterior of Expedition offers much more than strength and design. Exterior features include a standard Easy Fuel® capless fuel filler and available rain-sensing wipers that can detect rain, snow or road spray hitting your windshield, and automatically run at just the right speed.
Power and Handling
The 5.4L engine generates 310 horsepower and 365 lb.-ft. of torque. All that power is transmitted to the drive wheels by way of a smooth 6-speed automatic transmission. This engine is also flex-fuel capable, able to accommodate E85, standard gasoline, or any mix of the two.
Safety
Expedition comes with standard, exclusive AdvanceTrac® with Roll Stability Control™ (RSC®)19. Also standard are front-seat airbags8, front-seat-mounted side-impact airbags and large side-curtain airbags.
